The Fives Beach Resort & Residences

This lovely property is perfect for friends & families traveling together. It is also very popular for groups of all types-including weddings, family reunions, anniversary & birthday parties and corporate events. The various suite configurations provide options for couples looking for a romantic getaway as well as families looking for guaranteed connecting rooms with lots of space for everyone.

The Residences section features numerous swimming pools as well as natural green spaces through (and over) the manglar & jungle. Wildlife is abundant- including koatis, monkeys, racoons, iguanas and birds. Lots of birds!

All suites (1,2 & 3 bedroom) include a living/dining area, patio or balcony, bedroom with king bed (main bedroom), large closets & electronic safety box, and a luxury twin vanity bathroom with rain forest shower. The 2 bedroom suite has king bed or two double beds in the 2nd bedroom-plus its own full bathroom/closet space. The 3 bedroom suite has three bathrooms- the main bedroom and 1 additional bedroom with king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. (All with a full bath & closets.)

There are three types of residence suites — ground floor/swim-up (step from your patio directly into the pool that fronts your room. These are the most popular rooms!), regular suite (2nd & 3rd floor) [all buildings have lifts] and Penthouse Suite which is the regular floorplan + a rooftop patio with sunning area, covered dining area, jacuzzi and guest 1/2 bath. ** Please note: For safety reasons, swim up suites do not allow guests under the age of 18.

Buildings 19 & 20 are designated as adult only. (Adult only can be requested at time of reservation and is not guaranteed until check-in.) There is also an adult only pool and casual (adult only) bar & lunch restaurant in this section.

New this year is EPIC Concierge Service. It can be added for Swim-up & Penthouse room types. EPIC provides extra benefits & services. This includes Ambassador (Concierge) services, private in-room check-in, guaranteed same day dinner reservations, unlimited complimentary laundry service, reserved beach and pool lounge areas, special turn down amenity, in-room breakfast service, and upgraded bath amenities.
