The Fives Hotels & Resorts- Interline T & C
The Fives utilizes a dynamic pricing system similar to what airlines use. Inventory & rates vary day-to-day, so with The Fives it is important to plan and reserve early. Our contract also permits you to take advantage of all promotions that may be on offer. (Resort credits, upgrades, free nights, etc.)
They also allow Interline guests to travel any dates, any length of stay (with min 3 nights) without blackout dates and select any room category including their EPIC (Concierge/VIP service) The interline employee is permitted to confirm a room for themselves and up to 2 additional rooms (linked to the employee’s reservation) for non-interline guests/friends of the interline employee. (3 rooms max per employee)
1, 2 & 3 bedroom suites that accommodate up to 6 adults are available to you. (The Fives Beach & Residence and The Fives Oceanfront) The Fives Downtown has 1 & 2 bedroom options. (Max occupancy 2 BR = 4 adults)

Reservations & Payments
Low season: Deposit is due within one week of reservation confirmation
Deposit amount- 2 nights/non-refundable – for stays of 4 nights or less
3 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 5-7 nights
4 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 8+ nights
Cancellation/Penalty: until 72 hrs prior to arrival. 1 nt penalty and balance of any payments as future travel credit. (reserve & deposit within 6 months of original cancellation)
Payment: Must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival or booking is released
No show (without Travel Protection) : Refund/future travel credit does not apply
Travel Protection Waiver- for LOW SEASON only- US$100 per room paid at time of initial deposit. Allows cancellation/rebook (with future travel credit) for day of arrival cancellation due to flight cancellation/irregularity and when traveling standby. Standby not boarded/flight irregularity must be advised to E2 Travel office (phone call or email) /documented on day of occurrance/initial day of travel.
Medium Season: Deposit is due within one week of reservation confirmation
Deposit – 2 nights/non-refundable – for stays of 4 nights or less
3 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 5-7 nights
4 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 8+ nights
Cancellation/Penalty: Until 30 days prior to arrival, after that, 2 night penalty. The balance for any payments is refundable as future travel credit. (reserve & deposit within 6 months of original cancellation)
Payment: Must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival or booking is released
No show: Refund/future travel credit does not apply
Premium Season/High season
Deposit is due within one week of reservation confirmation
Deposit- 2 nights/non-refundable – for stays of 4 nights or less
3 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 5-7 nights
4 nights/non-refundable- for stays of 8+ nights
Cancellation/Penalty: 50% penalty until 45 days prior arrival, after that, it is not refundable. The balance for any payments is refundable as future travel credit. (reserve & deposit within 6 months of original cancellation)
Payment: Must be paid 100% 45 days prior to arrival or booking is released.
No show: Refund/future travel credit does not apply.
Please note- The Fives, like many hotels in Mexico, quotes rates and charges payments in USD. International credit/debit cards with VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted with charges made at the current day’s USD exchange rate.
